sorry if i’m annoying anyone. i tend to do that. I just really want to go out on Halloween. In my town, all of the high school kids hang out in one neighborhood on Halloween. That neighborhood is out of power and the cops will be there checking for kids. Halloween and my birthday are the best 2 days of the year, and this snowstorm kind of ruined them both, so I’m just upset. I apologize again.
You need to get over it, it would be dangerous for people to go out walking just to get candy. I'm sure everyone understands that. Don't be retarded, Halloween isn't OUTLAWED you prat, just trick or treating is cancelled. If it were outlawed they would say no parties, no decorations, no Halloween movies on tv. Grow up and stop being so dramatic, it's so annoying.
i was kiiiidding. You should see my facebook newsfeed. My whole school is upset. Trick or treating is such a big tradition in my town, particularly in my neighborhood, and it’s just annoying that kids can’t do it.

basically. because of the power outages caused by the snow. who needs lights to go trick or treating? i’m too old for trick or treating, but SO many kids come to my neighborhood each year and it’s sad that our tradition is gone.
the trick or treaters outside of the ambulance building don’t know that the town outlawed halloween.
seriously i feel like this is footloose. They outlawed dancing, now my town outlawed trick or treating. We just need a hot guy to come and fix everything. shottee being the love interest.
